In no event shall Briefmeridian's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Briefmeridian has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination. You agree that Briefmeridian shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the services.
